These Terms and Conditions are made on behalf of Albert Falzon / Woolloomooloo Picture Company.

This Privacy Policy tells you about how we collect information when you visit this site or deal with us and what we do with your personal information.

We understand the importance you attach to your personal information. As such, we shall ensure that we do not misuse any information you provide to us.

If you submit information to Albert Falzon / Woolloomooloo Picture Company by registering for the newsletter, purchasing one of our products or by sending us an email, we collect that information and use it for the purposes of providing you with information or advice about our goods and/or services and for processing an order by you for our goods and/or services.

Specifically, we require your name, street address, email address, phone and fax number and in order to complete an order for our goods and/or services. Credit card processing is conducted by PayPal and we do not have access to your credit card information. Please refer to PayPal (www.paypal.com.au) for their Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless such disclosure is necessary and directly related to the purposes set out above. We shall not give our customer lists to third parties for any reason whatsoever.

You are not obliged to provide us with any information requested, however, we will be unable to process your order should you be unwilling to do so.

We do not advertise so we rely on word-of-mouth of customers and friends to let people know about our products and websites. To keep you up-to-date on new products and special deals and promotions we do send (very) occasional emails. We shall be happy to remove you from our mailing list should you no longer wish to receive our promotional, or other, information.

Product Information

The website albertfalzon.com is owned by Albert Falzon. All products listed on this website are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error.


The description & images of our products are the copyright property of Albert Falzon, or where applicable, other artists themselves, and specifically you may not use that description and/or images to re-sell the items elsewhere without written permission of the copyright holder.

Payment Information

All orders are prepaid unless prior arrangements are made. When ordering by credit card, your credit card is charged when you place your order. All orders are in Australian dollars. Orders paid for by cheque (Australian orders only) will not be dispatched until such times as the funds have been cleared.

If the credit card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we cannot hold goods against your order.

Shipping Information

The cost of shipping is clearly indicated for each product ordered, and is included in the invoice total. Orders are generally processed and posted in two to three working days, unless noted otherwise on the individual product page.

Unless otherwise specified, orders are normally shipped via standard Australia Post. If you wish to have your order sent via Registered post and/or insured then please contact us for details.

Please note that overseas orders may take seevral weeks to reach their destination.


Our warranty is limited to replacement of the item or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.

Limitation Of Liabilities

Under no circumstances will Albert Falzon / Woolloomooloo Picture company be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from any product purchased from us beyond the value of the item purchased, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information. We reserve the right to change any specification, design, model and or other information without notice.

Return Policy

Returning Defective Merchandise

Wwe are proud of our products and guarantee all our products as being as advertised. We will attempt to replace any defective merchandise (subject to stock availability) or refund you for any defective merchandise (including reasonable shipping costs) provided that:

  1. The return is pre-arranged with us. This can be done by e-mailing wolomolo@midcoast.com.au
  2. the product is in its original condition; and
  3. the product is not defective as a result of misuse, improper use, or other abuse or misuse.

Should there be any problems with defective products, please contact us first. All returns must be pre-arranged.

Returning Non-defective Merchandise

Should you wish to obtain a refund for a non-defective product we may do so (at our discretion) on the following conditions:

  1. The return is pre-arranged with us. This can be done by e-mailing wolomolo@midcoast.com.au
  2. the product must be returned to us at your expense with proof of purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase;
  3. the product must be unused and in it original condition, including its original packaging, and
  4. wWe will not under any circumstances refund the cost of shipping the product to you and we may at our discretion deduct handling and/or processing costs from your refund.

All returns must be pre-arranged.


We may revise these terms at any time. Use of this website is subject to the revised terms.
